Late reply and late delivery. Track direction is clockwise instead of counter-clockwise. Barrier walls are red and white striped instead of brown. Start gate pillars are dark green instead of brown. Track surface has no MeshCollider. AssetList.md lists only category names with no individual asset entries.

Terrible experience with this guy. Made the order on 6/25 requested he recreate what I already built in blender and put it in Unity. He said it would be easy and done in 3-5 days. On delivery day he requests an extension cause he had school work and another project that had higher priority than mine....

nextgen_studio_ did a great job repairing a mesh and adding rigging to a character I modeled, and was always willing to make small adjustments on things that weren't readily apparent until I tried using the model. I will definitely be contacting them again!
