Digital Content Strategy: I managed end-to-end consumer facing app content (more than 30 assets + all copy) for North America’s first comprehensive program launch for Gut Health (Begin 30) driving over $14M in revenue in the first 6 months. I enabled cross functional teams to optimize, adapt and reuse content for global scale and improved efficiency across 8 markets. Strategic Business Growth: I led 2025/2024 annual operating plans and long range (3+ years) for Gut Health Solution, working cross functionally to align with key partners (research and development, legal, regulatory, creative) to create impactful, strategic plans for our distributors while leaning into product pipeline and active research. Agency Relations: Managed four internal, external agencies and freelance support efficiently leading communications, budget, scope and feedback. Change Management Leadership: Efficiently initiated and led a full change management plan with cross functional teams in response to the Gut Health Solution final substantiation while also leading all redevelopment of necessary assets for global adoption within 6 weeks. Integrated GTM Expert: Project managed all creative asset creation with cross functional teams and delivered assets (including 14 videos) to lead markets (Japan, China, and Korea) by Q3 of 2018. Within one week of China’s launch of center created assets, they received more than 1.4 million unique visits to their traceability website, receiving over 22,000,000 total visitors within ten weeks.
