I will beta read dark romance beta reader, romantasy novel reader, fantasy beta reader
Over deze dienst
Your dark romance, romantasy or fantasy deserves real human feedback, not an AI summary.
Every page is read by me, a devoted genre reader. No AI tools touch your manuscript, so you get genuine emotional reactions: where I gasped, swooned, got confused or put the book down.
Common problems I help solve:
- Flat chemistry I pinpoint where tension fades and how to reignite it
- Confusing worldbuilding I flag lore dumps and unclear magic rules
- Unlikable morally grey hero I show where readers stop rooting for him
- Sagging middle I track pacing chapter by chapter
- Weak ending or HEA I explain why it falls flat and what readers expect
- Missing content warnings I list scenes readers need warned about
I know the tropes readers crave: mafia, captive, villain, fae courts, dragons, fated mates, enemies to lovers and slow burn.
You get a thoughtful, honest report with clear next steps, never vague praise or harsh criticism. Dark themes and all heat levels welcome, without judgment.
Your manuscript stays 100% confidential and is never shared or uploaded to AI.
Message me with your word count, genre and deadline. Let's make readers obsessed.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do you use AI to read or review my manuscript?
No, never. I read every page myself and write every comment myself. Your feedback reflects real reader emotions, not an AI summary.
How can I be sure the feedback is genuinely human?
My notes point to specific moments, like “I gasped when he chose her over the crown in chapter 14,” and explain how they made me feel. Generic AI feedback can’t do that.
What makes you a good fit for dark romance and fantasy?
I read these genres constantly and know what readers expect from the tropes, from mafia and captive romance to fae courts and dragon riders. I can tell you whether your book delivers on what readers want.
I’m nervous about sharing my unpublished book. Is it safe?
Completely. Your manuscript is never shared, posted, reused or uploaded to any AI tool, and I’ll delete your files after delivery if you ask.
What will my report look like?
A clear, organized report with your strengths, problem areas, pacing notes, character and romance feedback, worldbuilding notes, content warnings and a prioritized list of what to revise first.
Can I ask questions after delivery?
Yes. Message me anytime to clarify a note, and I’ll explain it until you’re confident about your next steps.
