At TechnoSoft IT, I worked as a Google Ads Conversion Tracking Audit & Setup Specialist, where my primary focus was ensuring businesses could trust their data before scaling their ad spend. My role started with auditing existing tracking setups, identifying broken tags, missing conversion actions, inaccurate event firing, and attribution gaps that were affecting campaign performance. Using Google Tag Manager, I rebuilt and optimized tracking systems to ensure accurate conversion measurement across eCommerce stores and lead generation websites. I configured conversion actions for purchases, add-to-cart, leads, form submissions, button clicks, and other high-intent interactions, making sure every critical action was properly captured and attributed. I also implemented Dynamic Remarketing for eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Magento, ensuring product-level data was passed correctly to Google Ads. My responsibilities included Enhanced Conversions, server-side tracking setups, cross-domain tracking for multiple websites and subdomains, phone call tracking, and offline conversion tracking integration. Beyond setup, I focused on data validation and testing to ensure reliable tracking for campaign optimization and performance analysis. Clean data meant better bidding decisions, improved ROAS, and more confident scaling. Through this role, I strengthened my expertise in conversion architecture, troubleshooting complex tracking issues, and building scalable measurement frameworks that support long-term advertising success.

I designed and implemented a comprehensive tracking solution for a GoHighLevel (GHL) funnel, integrating Meta Pixel, Facebook Conversion API (CAPI), and GA4 to provide accurate, high-fidelity data for performance optimization. The client, a digital agency founder, needed precise tracking across landing pages, checkout flows, and thank-you pages, with multi-plan tracking (Starter, Pro, Premium) to fully understand user behavior and funnel performance. To meet these requirements, I implemented: → Browser & Server-side Tracking: Configured GTM Web and Server Containers for Meta Pixel and CAPI to capture all key funnel events. → GA4 Event Setup: Tracked PageView, ViewContent, Lead, and Plan Selection events with real-time validation in GA4 DebugView. → Plan-Level Tracking: Individual event monitoring for Starter, Pro, and Premium plans to capture engagement and conversion behavior. → Deduplication: Ensured proper event_id deduplication between Pixel and CAPI to prevent double counting and maintain data integrity. → Testing & Validation: Verified all events using Meta Pixel Helper, Meta Test Events, and temporary Pixel IDs before switching to the official Business Manager Pixel. Impact & Results: - Delivered clean, reliable, and deduplicated data for all funnel stages. - Provided the client with actionable insights into user engagement, lead quality, and plan selection performance. - Enabled Meta Ads optimization with high-fidelity, server-side signals for better campaign attribution and ROAS. - Created a scalable tracking framework that supports future funnel modifications and campaign scaling. This project showcases my expertise in full-funnel conversion tracking, server-side CAPI implementation, GA4 analytics, and advanced funnel monitoring - helping agencies make data-driven decisions and optimize paid campaigns with confidence.
