Please provide your structural drawings in PDF format. Clear, high-resolution sets are best. If you have the original CAD or DWG source files, you can include those as well to help streamline the geometric check.
What happens if the city plan checker still finds errors after your review?
• Local plan checkers can sometimes change interpretation based on subjective local rules. If the city issues structural corrections directly related to the items checked in our package scope, send over the plan check sheet and I will guide you through the required fixes
