Do I need to provide my own leads list or do you find the leads?
By default you provide your own leads list so I can start calling immediately. However if you don't have a list I offer a Leads List Included extra where I research and build a targeted list for you based on your area and property type.
What information will I receive after the calls are completed?
You will receive a detailed call report in Excel or Google Sheets format showing every contact called with their status — interested, needs callback, not interested, or no answer — along with any notes from the conversation so you know exactly who to follow up with.
What types of real estate leads do you call?
I call all types including motivated sellers, expired listings, FSBOs (For Sale By Owner), absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, and any other list you provide. Just share your list and target script and I will handle the rest.
Do you set the appointments directly on my calendar?
Yes! For Standard and Premium packages I set qualified appointments directly. You can share your calendar link or preferred scheduling method and I will book interested prospects straight into your available slots.
What if I am not satisfied with the results?
