I previously worked as a Retail Merchandiser at Durpro Company under the Stationery Project BTS (back to school) from 1st December 2024 to 02 February 2025. My role involved assisting customers with school stationery list, merchandising product, managing stock displays, and providing customer service to parents and learners during the busy back-to-school season. I am currently enrolled as a learner under W&RSETA Learnership for Buying and Planning Function (U/S 252276). This learnership is giving me formal training in retail buying principles, stock planning, and customer needs. With hangs-on experience from Durpro and professional training from W&R SETA, I have strong skills in retail operations, brand presentation, and what makes customer buy. I now use this knowledge to help Fiverr clients create brand names, slogans, and retail ideas that attract customer and increase sales.
