I effectively manage my personal caseload while also providing crucial assistance to colleagues and partners on high-value, complex cases. I take charge of preparing and drafting all necessary legal documents, including lawsuits, constitutional petitions, wills, deeds, patent applications, leases, contracts, and agreements. Furthermore, I handle Banking Mohtasib Pakistan applications, mortgage property documentation, banking recovery suits, PLAs, replications, legal opinions on banking matters, and legal notices with precision and authority. Duties  Drafting & negotiating all legal documents for personal as well as firm’s clients.  Advising clients on commercial contracts & agreements, company law and corporate compliance.  Attending and representing clients at the Courts of Magistrates, Civil, Sessions, Labour, EOBI, PESSI, Food, Drugs, Customs, Environmental, NIRC, Banking & High Courts as well as NEPRA, Intellectual Property & Service Tribunals, Police, DRAP and other Provincial & Federal Departments.  Planning and organizing workloads in order to meet business priorities.  Managing the commercial, company and intellectual property aspects in due diligence.  Settling disputes and supervising any agreements.  Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations.  Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third party suppliers.  Educating and advising internal departments around legal requirements.  Presenting and summarizing cases to Judges.
