Coordinate and manage government-related activities on behalf of the organization, ensuring timely communication, documentation, follow-up, and compliance with relevant administrative requirements. Serve as a liaison between the organization and relevant government institutions, supporting the preparation and submission of official correspondence, reports, and other required documentation. Responsible for the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of statistical information relating to the company’s performance. Prepare periodic reports and summaries to support management decision-making, track organizational activities, and provide accurate information for internal and external reporting purposes. Support the organization’s communication and editorial activities through the preparation, review, and publication of content for national newspapers and other public communication channels. Assist with editorial planning, proofreading, content development, and coordination of materials to ensure that published information is accurate, clear, professional, and aligned with organizational objectives. Provide administrative and coordination support across different organizational activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that tasks requiring collaboration between departments and external stakeholders are properly followed through. Draft official letters, reports, proposals, and other professional documents as required. Contribute to the development and refinement of written materials, including proposals, grant-related documents, essays, editorials, and other organizational communications. Apply strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills to produce clear and professional documents suitable for different audiences. Through this role, I have developed practical experience in government relations, human resource and administrative support, statistical reporting, professional writing, editorial coordination, document preparation.
