How do you access my Stripe account?
You create a restricted API key in Stripe with only the permissions the sync needs, and share it with me. I never need your full secret key or any card data. You can revoke the key when the project ends.
How do you access my Zoho CRM?
You add me as a user with the permissions needed to configure the integration. You stay in control and can remove my access afterwards.
Do you test with real payments?
No. I test in Stripe test mode first, and we only go live once you approve the results.
What happens if a sync fails?
Standard and Premium include error handling. Premium also sends a failed-sync alert, so a failure doesn’t go unnoticed.
Can you import my past payments?
Yes, with the Historical Payment Import extra.
Does my Zoho plan matter?
API access and limits depend on your Zoho CRM edition. Message me before ordering and I’ll confirm it works with your plan.
