How do you access my store and Zoho CRM?
You add me as a user in Zoho CRM with the permissions needed, and give me API access for your store: a custom app on Shopify, or REST API keys on WooCommerce. You stay in control and can remove my access when the project ends.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify and WooCommerce. If you use another platform, message me first and I’ll tell you if it’s possible.
What happens if a sync fails?
Standard and Premium include error handling, so failed syncs are caught and logged. Premium also sends a failed-sync alert.
