Hi there!

I will draw your sketch into an architectural project, redraw your old architectural plans, cross sections and elevations in autocad and design a floor plan for you. I also draw floor plans for real estate.

I use autocad for black and white floor plans and photoshop for color floor plans.


- I will draw a your simple apartment size floor plan (1-3 room / max 1080 sqft) as black & white in autocad from sketch for 10$. 

It will be without furnishing and dimensions. It will be walls, windows, doors, bathroom and kitchen furnishing.


-I will draw a your standart apartment size floor plan (1-4 room / max 1345 sqft) in autocad from sketch and I will colored in photoshop for 25$ . 


-I will render 2d floor plan(1-4 room / max 1345 sqft) with realistic furnitures, color - texture in photoshop from your sketch for 40$ .
