Designed and enhanced an Airtable based CRM by implementing a structured performance and reporting layer. The project involved configuring deal tracking architecture, creating dynamic reporting views, and building automated metrics for revenue analysis, win versus loss ratios, and stage conversion monitoring. Formulas and summary calculations were developed to provide real time insights into deal velocity and monthly closures. Automations were refined to ensure accurate status updates and consistent pipeline behavior. The final system transformed the CRM from a basic tracking tool into a performance driven decision support system.

Designed and implemented a real-time Airtable-based dispatch system for managing city/code compliance incidents for short-term rental properties. The project focused on building a lean, high-speed operational system optimized for live use rather than a traditional CRM. The goal was to enable incident logging in under 30 seconds, ensure clear status tracking, and support simple responder assignment with minimal friction. I structured the system using four core tables: Clients, Properties, Incidents, and Responders, with clean relational links (Clients → Properties → Incidents). The Incidents table was carefully designed with only essential fields to maintain speed and usability during real-time operations. I implemented SLA tracking using formula-based logic, including SLA deadlines and dynamic status indicators (On Track, At Risk, Breached) based on time thresholds. The system was intentionally built without heavy automation to ensure reliability and performance in v1. Additionally, I created a streamlined interface optimized for fast data entry, reducing clicks and manual input during live calls. The design followed a “log first, refine later” workflow to support real-world usage under time pressure. The final system is scalable and ready for future enhancements such as automation, integrations (e.g., Twilio), and advanced reporting, without requiring structural redesign.
