Veelgestelde vragen
Will my user data, student grades, and custom course progress be safe during a theme change or plugin update?
Yes, absolutely. Most sellers just update files blindly, which can wipe out student progress tracker data. I always perform a full database backup and test the changes in a private sandbox environment first, ensuring 100% zero downtime and total data security for your active students.
Can you make my Moodle LMS or Tutor LMS completely SCORM or xAPI compliant so I can sell to corporate clients?
Yes. Institutional and corporate buyers require strict SCORM or xAPI reporting to track employee metrics. I specialize in configuring your backend architecture to seamlessly accept and track external multimedia course packages, a service most standard web developers do not know how to handle.
BuddyBoss can slow down shared hosting. Will you optimize the server database queries to keep it fast?
Yes. BuddyBoss is dynamic and heavy on server resources because of live community feeds. I do not just install the plugin; I clean up database tables, configure object caching, and optimize asset loading so your community site loads fast even on affordable hosting packages.
What happens if a Graphy or Tutor LMS update breaks my custom styling or layout down the line?
I build exclusively using child themes and clean, override-safe code hooks. This means when your LMS core files update in the future, your custom design, platform branding, and layout settings will remain completely untouched and unbroken.
