I build private, stateless AI chat assistants for U.S. business use, deployed in your Google Cloud project. The delivered EBT application is designed not to write prompts or responses to application logs, databases, or persistent storage. Provider-side retention is configured and checked against Google's then-current zero-data-retention requirements for each project.
"Tier 0 - EBT Zero-Retention Verified" is EBT's own published architecture standard, verified for the identified build and configuration at handoff, not a third-party certification. Under paid enterprise terms, Google is contractually restricted from training on Customer Data. The assistant is configured to ground responses in approved documents, but AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and requires appropriate review.
Fixed-scope packages cover one, two, or three conversational personas and the stated deployment surfaces. Upon full payment, you own the customer-specific Deliverables. EBT retains its pre-existing and reusable framework, tools, modules, and know-how, licensed only as embedded. The Custom Offer and Order Acknowledgment state the full IP and any end-client terms.

What does "stateless privacy" actually mean?
The application I deliver does not write prompts or responses to application logs, databases, or persistent storage. I verify application behavior with an automated test before hand-off and document the provider configuration against Google's current zero-data-retention requirements, per project.
When does the delivery clock start?
When you approve the order requirements and provide access, your package's delivery window starts (5–10 business days by tier; rush available).
What do I need to provide?
Your purpose and persona or voice for the assistant, and the documents or data it should answer from (up to 50 file documents). The order form walks you through the process.
Can it remember users between sessions / keep analytics?
Not in this package — that's governed retention (Tier 1), a different engagement with a data-processing agreement. This gig is Tier 0, Zero-Collection.
What's out of scope?
Voice/TTS, image generation, login gating, calculators/financial logic, agent corpora over 50 documents, server-side retention, ongoing hosting/SLAs, on-prem, and high-risk regulated decisioning — available via change order or other packages.
Are these autonomous AI agents?
No — this gig delivers conversational personas only: they answer from your approved material, are read-only, and do not take actions in other systems. Action-taking configurations are a separately scoped engagement class, offered only under their own safeguards and agreement — please message me.
Who may purchase?
U.S. businesses only. Before kickoff, the buyer must identify the legal entity, confirm business use and signer authority, and disclose any end client.

After full payment, you own the customer-specific Deliverables. EBT retains its pre-existing and reusable framework, tools, modules, and know-how, licensed only as embedded in the Deliverables. The Custom Offer and Order Acknowledgment state the complete IP terms.
What does Tier 0 mean?
The delivered EBT application is designed not to write prompts or responses to application logs, databases, or persistent storage. EBT also checks the identified GCP provider-side retention configuration against Google's then-current requirement. It is EBT's own published standard.
Does the assistant guarantee accurate answers?
No. It is configured to ground responses in the approved Reference Material, but AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. The customer is responsible for appropriate human review and use.
