Built and deployed a fully hosted Streamlit web app with persistent SQLite database, password authentication, and 9 functional tabs designed for daily revenue tracking. The app was integrated with GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) API v2 so that every touch logged automatically creates or updates a contact and posts a timestamped note directly into GHL in real time. To support the CRM sync, a 3-step Zapier workflow was built and published from scratch — starting with a Catch Hook trigger, flowing into a LeadConnector contact upsert, and finishing with a custom webhook POST to the GHL notes API to ensure every touch creates a separate note on the correct contact record. The app was deployed to Render with a persistent disk for data retention, environment variable configuration for secure credential management, a custom domain connected via GoDaddy DNS using CNAME and A records, and SSL certificate setup for secure access from any device. Key features delivered include a randomized daily call list, a social queue for Facebook and Instagram touches, weighted touch scoring, a streak tracker, a follow-up queue, CSV import and export, a RETR webhook endpoint for agent production data ingestion, and a failed sync retry queue to ensure no data is lost if a CRM sync fails.
