Full-time software engineer at a Japanese IT company. Working in software every day gives me a solid understanding of IT terminology and of how apps and websites should read for Japanese users.

Restaurant Server

Apr 2020 - Mar 2024 • 3 yrs 11 mos

Worked as a server at a restaurant in Japan for 4 years. Explaining dishes and menus to guests every day taught me how Japanese menus are written and how to describe food in a way that makes people want to order it.
