I worked as a contract backend automation developer for an agency, building client-facing AI systems on behalf of its customers. My role covered the technical build, from planning the architecture through to testing and handover, so the agency could present a finished product to its clients. A major project was an AI chatbot for a revenue audit tool, designed to guide business owners through a structured set of questions and surface where they may be losing revenue. I designed the conversation flow, connected the chatbot to the supporting workflows and data, and tested it against realistic user inputs, including unclear or incomplete answers, so it behaved predictably in front of real users. Day to day, my work included: Designing system architecture and workflow logic in n8n and Make.com. Integrating AI models with APIs, forms, databases and CRMs. Writing and refining prompts so chatbot responses stay accurate, on-brand and on-topic. Adding error handling, logging and fallbacks so failures are visible and recoverable. Documenting each build so the agency could maintain and extend it. Because I worked inside an agency's delivery process, I became used to fixed scopes, clear handovers and feedback from both the agency and its end clients. I communicate progress openly, flag risks early, and ask the right questions before building, which saves time and prevents rework. This role strengthened my focus on dependable, production-ready automation rather than quick prototypes. Automation and Chatbot Developer

I designed and built a lead generation and CRM automation system for atlas ai using Make.com, HubSpot and Apollo. The goal was to replace manual prospecting and data entry with a connected system that finds leads, organizes them, and keeps the sales pipeline up to date without constant manual work. The system was built as five connected Make.com scenarios, each handling a separate stage of the process, so any one part could be monitored, adjusted or paused without affecting the rest. This modular structure made the system easier to test, troubleshoot and expand. What I worked on: Sourcing and enriching prospect data through Apollo. Creating and updating contacts, companies and deals in HubSpot automatically. Setting up routing and conditions so records land in the right place with the right information. Avoiding duplicate records and keeping contact data clean and consistent. Adding error handling and alerts so failed runs are visible and can be fixed quickly. Testing each scenario with real data before handover. I mapped the existing process with the team first, agreed on what a qualified lead looked like, and built in stages so feedback could be applied early. I documented how each scenario works so the team could understand and maintain the system after delivery. The result was a lead workflow that cuts repetitive prospecting and data entry, keeps HubSpot accurate, and lets the team spend its time on conversations instead of spreadsheets. This project strengthened my approach to building automations: clear structure, careful testing, reliable error handling and documentation the client can actually use.

Content Automation and Voice AI Developer

I build automated content and communication systems for freelance and direct clients, with a focus on social media content pipelines, AI video, and voice AI. My content automation work uses n8n and Make.com to turn a single input, such as a topic, a script or a recording, into finished, scheduled posts across social platforms. This includes generating copy, producing AI avatar videos with HeyGen, formatting for each platform, and publishing automatically. For clients who want full control, I run these pipelines on self-hosted Docker environments, which keeps costs predictable and gives them ownership of the system. I have built pipelines of this kind for a trading community and for an e-commerce jewelry brand. On the voice side, I build AI voice agents inside GoHighLevel that answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments, connected to the client's CRM so every conversation is logged automatically. I tune scripts, tone and fallback behavior so the agent sounds natural and hands off to a human when needed. What I deliver: Content pipelines that reduce hours of weekly posting work to a single approval step. Voice agents that handle routine calls and capture lead details. Monitoring and error alerts so nothing breaks unnoticed. Clear setup guides and training for the client's team. I troubleshoot as well as build. When a scenario stops running or a connection is deactivated, I find the root cause and put safeguards in place so it doesn't happen again.
