Oleg Repetskiy

Freelance Video Editor & Content Creator

Jan 2012 - Present • 14 yrs 9 mos

Creating video content from the first idea to the final edit since 2012. My work combines creative concepts, scriptwriting, filming, voiceover and post-production, with a focus on clear storytelling and engaging content for social platforms. I develop concepts and scripts, select and structure footage, refine pacing, edit dialogue and audio, and bring visuals and narration together into a coherent story. I work on short-form and long-form videos, including cooking and lifestyle content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Tools: CapCut, Filmora, Sony Vegas, Adobe Audition and Canva. My approach combines practical editing skills with an understanding of language, rhythm and how to make a message easy to follow. I independently run a cooking content project launched in 2021 and actively resumed in 2026, with daily video publishing. I create the ideas, write the scripts, film, record voiceovers and edit the videos myself. This ongoing project demonstrates full creative ownership, consistent delivery and hands-on experience throughout the production process.

My work also includes English language teaching, supported by a master’s degree in English philology. Core strengths: careful research, consistent terminology, clear written communication, sensitivity to cultural nuances and thorough proofreading.
