I bring 20+ years of professional experience in Virtual Assistance, travel management, customer support, administration, graphic design, consulting, and business operations. Since April 2021, I have been working full-time on Fiverr after starting as a freelance video editor. As Co-Founder of Airfares Cart (UK), I helped build a large online travel platform by developing content, destination databases, SEO strategies, and its online presence. Earlier, I served as Territory Manager and Educational Travel Consultant for 360 Travel Group (USA), organizing educational tours and large group travel. I also spent four years as a Senior Travel Consultant with Travelhouse UK, managing international flight bookings, itinerary planning, ticketing, payment verification, and after-sales support for global clients. My career also includes leadership roles in customer service, where I advanced from CSR to Team Lead, managing teams, reporting, training, and workflow improvements. In addition, I worked in HR, administration, graphic design, and operations with a GHQ subsidiary, contributing to HR systems, company policies, marketing materials, and process improvements. This diverse background enables me to adapt quickly, solve problems, communicate clearly, and deliver.
