I oversee end-to-end publishing operations across editorial and production workflows, ensuring that manuscripts move efficiently from acquisition through editing, design, approval, and production readiness. My responsibilities include coordinating editors, proofreaders, designers, authors, and external contributors while maintaining production schedules, documentation systems, and quality control standards across multiple simultaneous titles. A key part of my role involves ensuring operational continuity — tracking project status, managing handovers between teams, and reducing rework caused by misalignment or missing information. I also contribute to production readiness for selected titles, including formatting oversight, layout coordination, and ensuring final outputs meet print and digital publishing requirements (including Amazon KDP standards). In addition, I support operational improvements by refining internal workflows, strengthening documentation systems, and enhancing cross-team communication.
