Starter: 1 agent, 5 documents/50 pages, 5 tests, 1 revision.
Professional: 10 documents/100 pages, 3 guided topics, 10 tests, 2 revisions.
Business: 20 documents/200 pages, 6 topics, 20 tests, 2 revisions; one authenticated channel setup if licensing and permissions allow.
All packages include one language and handover notes. Microsoft licensing/capacity is separate. External integrations, record-writing actions, websites and standalone Power Automate flows are excluded. Extra conversation automation needs a custom quote.

Do I need Microsoft licences?
Yes, suitable client-owned Copilot Studio licensing or capacity and administrator permissions may be required. These costs are separate from my service fee. We confirm your environment and intended channel before you order.
Can you connect it to my other systems?
This gig covers Copilot Studio knowledge and conversation configuration. External integrations, API work, SharePoint record actions and standalone Power Automate flows are excluded. More involved in-agent conversation automation can be quoted separately.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one consolidated feedback round within the agreed scope. New topics, additional documents, integrations or other new capabilities need a separate quote.
What will I receive?
The agreed agent configuration in your Microsoft environment, documented test results, a Studio demonstration and maintenance notes. The Business package includes one authenticated channel setup only where your licences and permissions support it.
