What do you need from me to get started?
Just your website URL and a short note about your goals, for example, whether you want to improve engagement, conversions, or general usability. No logins required.
Will you make the changes for me?
This gig provides a detailed audit and recommendations. You or your web designer can make the changes based on my report. (If you’d like help implementing, I can quote that separately.)
What format will I receive my audit in?
You’ll get a clean, easy-to-read PDF that includes screenshots, notes, and actionable suggestions prioritized by impact.
How long does it take?
Most audits are delivered in 2–10 days, depending on the package. You can also choose “Extra Fast Delivery” if you need it sooner.
Do you work with all website platforms?
Yes, I review websites built on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and other major platforms. I don’t need access to your backend, just your public site link.
Will you check my site’s SEO?
My audit focuses on UX and usability, but I’ll note basic SEO-related issues that affect user experience (like missing titles, poor readability, or slow loading).
What if I want a redesign after the audit?
Great question! Many clients start with an audit, then move to a redesign based on the findings. I offer full web design services for small businesses if you’d like to continue working together.
