I will build a rag chatbot for your pdfs and knowledge base with sources
Rafael Orlando
Over deze dienst
Your manuals, policies and product sheets contain the answers. I build an AI chatbot that answers from your documents and cites the supporting document and page. If it cannot find support, it says so.
Basic: a website chat widget for up to 10 documents, answers with sources and a written guide.
Standard: up to 50 documents, an upload area, restricted team access, OCR for scanned PDFs and acceptance tests for citations.
Premium: Standard plus one WhatsApp or Slack channel, Google Drive or SharePoint integration, and 30 days of adjustments.
We start with sample documents and a private demo. You test the answers and request the package's revisions before approving deployment. Source code, deployment on your accounts and a written guide are included.
Typical uses include product support, internal document search and onboarding. We agree on languages, document coverage, retention and access rules for your order. An extra channel is USD 80; an additional 50 documents is USD 40. Hosting and model providers bill your accounts, with expected costs agreed before starting.

I'm Rafael, a software developer in Paraguay (UTC-3). I lead a small team: I scope, coordinate, review and deliver each order. We build AI chatbots for WhatsApp and websites, document assistants with sources, payment and API integrations, and online store fixes. We start with a private demo using sample data before touching production. Fixed price per phase, clear scope and written handover. Fluent Portuguese and Spanish; basic spoken English and advanced written English. Chatbots can serve any language, with languages and acceptance tests agreed for each project.
