The Basic/Standard models are **LOD 300 (Design Level)**. They are accurate for geometry and analysis but lack detailed connections (bolts, welds) for precise purchasing. For an exact BOM/Takeoff, please add the **"Material Takeoff"** extra (LOD 350).
Do you optimize steel weight?
Yes. My goal is efficiency. I use advanced analysis (SAP2000/ETABS) to find the lightest section that meets safety codes (AISC/Eurocode), saving you money on material costs while ensuring structural integrity.
Do you deliver editable source files?
Yes. All packages include the source files (DWG for plans). The Premium package (or Extra) includes the BIM source model (Revit/Tekla format) ready for your detailing team.
