I had to cancel because I was led to believe that a feature I requested was possible even after confirming the very specific functions of it, ultimately receiving a different product. There were a few concerns, but the biggest issue was probably related to a language barrier of sorts or inexperience....

Wasn't aware of the latest updates and changes which left me with a broken product to which the solution was to send me outdated tutorials and have me fix it myself. Overall delivered the functions I needed but some textures were broken and it to 5-6 iterations of the product for some bugs to resolved....
