Throughout my previous experience, I have had the opportunity to work in several larger companies, including Sancta Domenica (now Big Bang) and Rimac, which has given me a good understanding of how IT departments operate within larger organizations and how to efficiently manage day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. During my previous roles, I gained extensive hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Office 365, and general IT administration and support. I have been responsible for various aspects of computer and user administration, troubleshooting, account management, and providing technical support to employees.
