I joined Fiverr in 2012 and offered a great service to the buyers which earned me a perfect 5.0 rating. Unfortunately, a family tragedy struck and I did not log in on time to fulfill my last order before deactivating the gig. This earned me my first and last negative feedback, lowering my overall score from a perfect 5.0 to 4.8.
