I was brought in when student enrollment data was being manually entered across three different systems, creating delays and unnecessary administrative work. My role was to design a streamlined Notion workspace that centralized the entire enrollment tracking process. Using Zapier integration, I built a Notion automation workflow that connected registration forms directly to a structured Notion database. This allowed new student entries to automatically populate the system without manual input. I also designed the database structure and Notion dashboard so students were automatically sorted into the correct cohorts, while the admissions team could easily track progress, updates, and enrollment status within the workspace. The system improved internal task management, organization, and workflow visibility for the team. By implementing this Notion system with automation and structured databases, the admissions team eliminated repetitive data entry and focused more on supporting incoming students. The improved process saved the team approximately 25 hours per month during peak enrollment periods.
