What is a DXF file and why is it essential for my project?
A DXF is an industrial vector format used for manufacturing. It is compatible with laser cutters, CNC sample makers, and professional die-cut machinery. I provide production-ready DXF files with precise material compensation to ensure every fold and flap fits perfectly.
Should I provide internal or external dimensions?
Please always provide the Internal Dimensions (Length x Width x Height) of your product. As a Packaging Engineer, I calculate the external layout and dieline based on the specific board thickness (C-Flute, B-Flute, E-Flute, etc.) to ensure a snug and secure fit.
Can you design for specific corrugated board types?
Yes. I specialize in structural design for single-wall and double-wall corrugated board, including E-flute (micro-corrugated), B-flute, and C-flute. Each design includes the necessary allowances for material thickness to prevent cracking or misalignment during folding.
Does Premium include graphic/logo design?
No. You must provide your logo/artwork. Premium includes the technical placement of your graphics onto the structural dieline. I ensure margins, bleeds, and fold areas are production-ready to avoid any printing errors. It is a technical setup, not a creative design service.
