In my current role, I manage Amazon Seller Central operations and support the complete lifecycle of product listings, from initial research and creation to ongoing optimization and maintenance. My responsibilities include creating and updating listings using Seller Central and Flat Files, conducting competitor and market research, analyzing customer reviews, preparing SEO-focused listing content, developing detailed image briefs, coordinating designers and copywriters, uploading A+ Content, organizing catalog data, managing listing updates, performing A/B testing through Amazon Manage Your Experiments, and communicating with Seller Support to resolve catalog and listing-related issues. I also support marketplace operations for Etsy, eBay, Faire, and TikTok Shop, allowing me to understand the requirements and workflows across multiple eCommerce platforms. Working in this role every day allows me to stay up to date with Amazon's latest features, policy changes, catalog requirements, and marketplace best practices. Because I actively work inside Seller Central on a daily basis, I continuously adapt to platform updates and apply current, practical knowledge rather than relying on outdated documentation or theory.
