Registration forms, surveys, sign-up sheets, order forms, feedback cards, questionnaires, inventory lists, index cards: send me the scans or photos and you get back an Excel or CSV file, one row per document, one column per field, ready to use.
What is included:

Accuracy is at human transcription level or better, on handwriting and block text alike. Where the original itself is illegible, that one cell is marked so you can confirm it.

Can you handle large volumes?
