I handled the whole project myself, from brand strategy to final mockups: brand identity, community structure, copywriting, graphic design, and onboarding design. What I achieved: 1. Built a complete brand system from scratch: a color palette, a font pairing, a logo monogram, a cover banner, and a tone of voice, applied consistently across every asset. 2. Designed 6 branded course covers with a repeatable layout, so new modules can be added without redesigning. 3. Organized the classroom by runner goal (5K, 10K/half, marathon), so each type of member finds their path quickly. 4. Wrote the community copy: the About page, the pinned welcome post, and category names, in an upbeat, beginner-friendly voice. 5. Designed an onboarding flow with three first steps to encourage new members to post early. 6. Created a gamified level system with running-themed names to keep members motivated over time. 7. Produced a 7-day launch content plan so the community looks active from day one. 8. Delivered presentation mockups for desktop and mobile, so a client can see the result before launch.
