Yes! AI interviews can be conducted in English or Spanish, depending on your hiring needs. Each interview lasts up to 15 minutes.
2. Do I need to provide candidates?
No. I can publish your job opening and collect applications. However, active candidate sourcing is not included. If you already have applicants, I can screen them directly.
3. Are you personally involved in the evaluation?
Yes. I review the AI-generated results and provide a professional HR assessment and comparative report to support your hiring decisions.
4. Will I receive five qualified candidates?
Each package includes up to a specified number of AI interviews, subject to candidate availability and suitability. A minimum number of qualified candidates or hires is not guaranteed.
5. What information do you need to get started?
I need the job description, required qualifications, preferred language (english or Spanish), location, salary range if available, and your main evaluation criteria.
