Do you provide existing, demolition and proposed floor plans?
Yes. The Premium package includes all three drawings for one floor level within the stated area limit. Standard includes existing and proposed plans, while Basic covers one drawing.
Will I receive editable AutoCAD DWG files?
Yes. Every package includes an editable DWG file and a scaled PDF drawing sheet. DXF can also be provided when requested.
Can you help with kitchen, bathroom or home remodeling layouts?
Yes. I can prepare 2D renovation layouts for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and other residential areas, using your measurements and design requirements.
Can you work without an existing floor plan?
Yes, if you provide a clear measured sketch showing wall lengths, doors, windows and other essential details. If the measurements are incomplete, I will identify the missing information before drafting.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover reasonable corrections to the agreed design, such as labels, dimensions or minor layout adjustments. New concepts, structural redesigns and major changes are quoted separately.
