Twilio handled all the telephony in the background — call routing, reliability, and making sure the number worked cleanly across different carriers and regions during what was a high-traffic period. The system held up through the campaign without dropping calls or requiring manual intervention, which was exactly what the client needed during a short, busy window where missing a call meant losing a lead.
