What will you connect?
ABC Trainerize events, such as a new client or a cancelled renewal, trigger actions in Flodesk, Xero, WhatsApp and LeadConnector: an email, an invoice record, a message or a pipeline update. Data usually flows one way, out of Trainerize.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Yes. I work inside your accounts with access you grant, so you keep ownership. Where two tools have no direct link, I use Zapier or webhooks. Message me to discuss.
What is the difference between packages?
Basic is one integration (Trainerize to Flodesk or WhatsApp). Standard is up to 3 integrations including Xero and LeadConnector. Premium links all five tools, up to 6 workflows, with a setup guide and 14 days of support.
How does WhatsApp work?
WhatsApp automation usually runs through an approved business messaging provider, and WhatsApp’s rules limit unprompted messages. Provider fees are paid by you, and I explain the limits before building. Message me to discuss
Do you handle accounting or tax setup?
I connect data into Xero but give no accounting or tax advice, so confirm account codes and tax settings with your accountant. Results depend on your plans and API access, and I can’t promise specific business outcomes.
