I'm one of Fiverr’s most versatile male, British English voice over actors. I offer warm, elegant reads for corporates and e-learning, friendly, genuine reads for advertising & promos and authoritative narrations for documentaries. I can create believable characters, both dramatic and comic for audio books, animations or video games. Veelgestelde vragen
How do I get my book onto Audible, and what is ACX?
If you wish your audiobook to appear on Audible, you must upload your files to ACX. You will need an ACX account to get your audiobook onto Audible, Amazon, iTunes and other major platforms. Here’s a link to their site that should help you https://www.acx.com/help/authors/200484540
How much can I sell my audiobook for?
If you wish to make your audiobook available on Audible, the price is predetermined by them, based on how long it is. Here’s a link to the rate card. https://help.acx.com/s/article/how-much-will-my-audiobook-sell-for-in-stores
What's your availablility?
I receive enquiries all the time, so I post my availability at the top of my gig. If you'd like to book my services, then let me know and I'll reserve your time slot.
What is your revisions policy?
You have two rounds of revisions built into the price, covering mis-reads and one or two changes in inflexion. Script changes after delivery are at an extra cost. I'll try to be flexible if it's a minor tweak, but a larger re-read will certainly cost extra.
What formats do you record in?
Audible and other major platforms prefer mono MP3 files for their audiobooks, so that's what I usually provide. However, if you intend to use your audiobook in other ways, I can provide stereo and/or WAV files if preferred. Just tick those extras when ordering.
Can you record a series of books?
Yes, certainly, I'll be delighted to, but you'll need to book your time slots. I get enquiries all the time and I may have accepted something else just as you want me if you don't!
Is there anything you won't record?
Clearly contentious issues that appear naturally in a storyline, as part of a story are OK. However, I wouldn't wish to narrate anything that glorifies or proselytizes any contentious issues. Ask me if in doubt.
