What is WordPress?
WordPress is the platform your website is built on. It lets you manage pages, images, blog posts and other content without needing to know how to code.
What are plugins?
Plugins add functionality to your WordPress website, such as contact forms, booking systems, analytics, SEO tools or e-commerce features. I install and configure the plugins your project needs.
What is a revision?
A revision is a round of changes to the work already delivered, such as adjusting text, colours, images or layout. The number included depends on the package you choose.
What is Google Analytics?
Google Analytics helps you understand how people use your website, including where visitors come from, which pages they view and how they interact with the site.
Who owns the site when it's finished?
You do. You receive WordPress user access and a complete migration file containing the site.
Do you launch on my hosting and domain?
The finished website is yours. If you want it moved to your own hosting, I can migrate it once the order is accepted. If you use my hosting service, the hosting account itself remains managed by me for a complete hands-off experience.
What exactly is the AI front desk?
An assistant on your site trained on your services, prices and common questions. It answers visitors, qualifies enquiries and captures leads 24/7, and hands anything it can't answer to you with the full conversation attached. Included from Standard up, available as an extra on Basic.
