Why Shadow Work?
We all have a Shadow—a psychological "basement" where we store traits, memories, and desires that we (or our caregivers) deemed "unacceptable." While this is a natural part of human development, an unexamined Shadow eventually begins to run our lives.
By engaging in intentional Self-Awareness practices, we stop being victims of our unconscious patterns. We move from being "directed by fate" to being the conscious architects of our own character.
