I'm a physiotherapist with 10 years expertise in all kinds of afflictions.
What I specialized in, is finding the root cause of the biomechanical injury or imbalance by following a "line", a myofascial line.
For example, a pain in the knee can have a cause in the hip or in the ankle, not necessarily the knee.
I can help you find that imbalance and work on that imbalance with some myofascial release techniques and some corrective exercises to fix that pain.
The amount of time required is variable. It depends on many factors.
