With a team of 15 developers, I oversaw the development of 3 games and numerous contracted projects which were released onto the market, accumulating over $150K in profit. I oversaw the complete development cycle, from conception to post-release and achieved high-quality gaming experiences by strategically aligning product features with project roadmaps. Responsibilities: • Collaborated with industry leaders, including Facebook/Oculus/Meta, to identify emerging VR trends, prototyping needs, and identify scope problems. • Managed interdisciplinary teams of both internal and external artists and developers, fostering collaboration and coordination between teams. • Effectively collaborated with design, narrative, and production teams to ensure cohesive project execution. • Orchestrated seamless inventory management and task fulfillment across diverse projects and disciplines. Achievements: • Facilitated the release of 3 titles • Raised over $100K in capital from private investors. • Recipient of the Meta World Builders Grant and Hyundai Futuretech Vision Grant
