Ik voer octrooieerbaarheidsbeoordelingen uit om te beoordelen of uw uitvinding in aanmerking komt als octrooieerbaar onderwerp onder 35 USC § 101. De evaluatiekosten voor niet-softwaregebaseerde uitvindingen, inclusief een juridisch advies, bedragen $ 60, terwijl de evaluatiekosten voor softwaregebaseerde uitvindingen, inclusief een juridisch advies, $ 100 bedragen.
