As the HR Team Lead and former Intern at Colleen AI (a fast-growing tech-education platform), I was faced with a massive operational bottleneck: 5 separate recruiter tracking sheets, heavy volumes of unstructured candidate logs, and rapid scaling requirements across multiple hiring domains. I stepped in to clean the infrastructure and optimize team performance. Key Achievements & Actions Taken:Data Reconciled: Normalized over 1,200+ messy, fragmented activity rows across multiple Google Sheets into a single source of truth. Multilingual Sentiment Tracking: Implemented an AI-assisted process to categorize unstructured, free-text recruiter notes written in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Bottleneck Identification: Uncovered that 34% of offer-stage drop-offs were due to late-stage work-model mismatches and 41% of specific channel outreach resulted in ghosting, allowing us to pivot our strategy.
