How can I provide you with a preview of my audio or video file?
To allow us to preview your audio, you can upload it to a cloud service such as Dropbox or Google Drive and send us a link.
What if I have specifications concerning how I want my file to be transcribed?
If you believe we are the right candidates for the job, before placing your order, please inbox me with the specific requirements for your order (such as how you want the template to look, PDF vs Word delivery, etc.). This is in an effort to avoid cancellations or setbacks.
What is clean verbatim transcription?
It means that non-verbal utterances such as “uh,” or “um,” filler phrases, stutters, false starts and guffaws are not included in the completed transcript.
What is strict verbatim transcription?
Fillers and stutters are included. The transcript includes all utterances, false starts, fillers (such um, uh, you know, I mean) and all slangs (e.g. gonna, kinda, sorta, coz). Strict verbatim transcription incurs an extra cost.
How do I request timestamped and strict verbatim orders?
If you require timestamps, please select the ‘Time Reference’ extra and please specify how frequently you need the stamps (e.g., every 5 mins or every time a different speaker starts). If you require strict verbatim transcription, you can also select this under “Extras.”
In what format will my transcript be delivered?
We deliver your transcripts in .doc or .docx. If you want your transcript in pdf format, please indicate this while placing your order.
How will I be able to access the completed transcript?
Once we have completed transcribing and proofreading your file, we will message you with the attachment. Fast, professional, manual, accurate and flawless English transcripts, for clean audio or video, 30-min audio, (60 minutes, 120 minutes), delivered in 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hrs. Subtitles, etc.
