Welke pakketten bieden voicechat?
Alleen het "Premium" pakket bevat voice chat, omdat dat een meer uitgebreide coaching sessie is. Aan de andere kant bevatten "basic" en "standard" alleen een paar tips aan het einde van de sessie.
Wat gebeurt er als ik niet op de geplande sessie kan komen?
Je kunt de sessie verplaatsen zolang je me minstens 12 uur van tevoren op de hoogte brengt. Als je niet binnen 10 minuten na de afgesproken tijd aanwezig bent en me niet van tevoren laat weten, wordt de sessie als afgerond beschouwd.
