Hoi! Ik ben Dasha, een life coach, psychologie student en crisislijn luisteraar met twee jaar ervaring. Mijn coaching is gebaseerd op wat echt werkt: basispsychologie en gedragsgewoonten.
Ik heb mijn eigen deel van struggles doorgemaakt - van persoonlijke crises en carrièreswitches tot het verhuizen naar een ander land, en ik weet uit eerste hand hoe rommelig en stressvol verandering kan zijn. Ik ben hier om je te helpen begrip te krijgen voor een moeilijke periode en de controle over je leven terug te krijgen.
Elke sessie vindt plaats in een volledig veilige, accepterende en niet-oordelende ruimte. Samen kunnen we overwinnen wat je vast houdt en een duidelijk, stapsgewijs plan maken om vooruit te komen. Laten we contact maken en het samen uitzoeken.
