I provide business formation and administrative compliance support to entrepreneurs, startups, small-business owners, and international founders establishing businesses in the United States. My work focuses on helping clients organize their business information, prepare required documentation, and navigate the administrative steps involved in establishing and maintaining a U.S. business. Key responsibilities and experience: * Assist with U.S. LLC formation and business registration documentation. * Support EIN application processes and preparation of required business information. * Assist entrepreneurs with C-Corporation and S-Corporation formation documentation. * Prepare and organize operating agreements, business resolutions, and other formation documents. * Support LLC reinstatement, amendments, annual reports, and ongoing state compliance documentation. * Assist with sales-tax registration documentation and business registration requirements. * Review client information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission. * Organize supporting documents and maintain structured client records. * Communicate with clients throughout the process and provide clear updates on project requirements and deliverables. * Help U.S. and international entrepreneurs understand the administrative steps involved in establishing and maintaining their businesses. * Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and timely communication throughout each project.
