I bring that background in understanding needs and communicating clearly to UGC product videos that help customers see a product's value. I was the special education administrator for an elementary school, where I helped teachers to be better communicators, stronger educators, and much more. I had a direct caseload of twelve adults that I lead/managed. I was a part of the schools administrative team. I helped hire teachers, helped test students, dealt with behaviors.

Special Education Teacher

Saint Paul Public Schools • Fulltime

Aug 2006 - Jun 2017 • 10 yrs 10 mos

I taught children with severe to profound cognitive disabilities in an all special education school, academics, social skills, feeding skills, social emotional skills, toileting skills, greater independence, trust, communication skills, and much more. I feel like these kids taught me just as much as I taught them. I believe that all children can learn and with me, they did. This was a very special part of my career and life. I was a literacy coach, team leader, and much more.
