What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of the problem, what changed recently, your setup (HAOS or Docker or VM), plus screenshots and relevant logs. If it is Node-RED, export the affected flow as JSON.
Do I need to give you full access to my system
No. In many cases screenshots and logs are enough. If live troubleshooting is needed, we use a Fiverr video call with screen sharing. No remote control.
What is included in a Quick Fix
Fix 1 small issue up to 1 hour. Includes explanation of what was changed and what to do to prevent it.
Can you work with MQTT and Zigbee issues
Yes. MQTT broker and topics issues, Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA pairing and offline devices, coordinator and network stability checks.
What counts as “one issue”?
One broken automation/flow (and small directly related errors). Multiple separate problems require Standard/Premium or an extra.
Do you accept work outside Fiverr / external links?
I only work inside Fiverr (no external links, no file downloads from unknown sites)
